All Products carry a 60 day warranty
 
Defective Returns
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests must be made within 60 days of delivery date.
Once an RMA number has been provided the item must be received within 15 days.
Returns received after 15 days will be void. All warranty returns are subject to inspection and evaluation
Products determined to be in good working order will incur a restocking fee of 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) may apply.
Return shipping must be prepaid, If a replacement is required please notify us immediately.

Good Returns

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. *Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations*.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Repairs
Any cracks on phone, tablet or touchscreen laptop glass occurring after installation voids the warranty.
All warranty returns are subject to inspection and evaluation.(i.e no cracks scratches, blemishes)
Good product returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $25 (whichever is greater).
Return shipping for custom ordered parts must be pre-paid.
Any hardware that have been exposed to liquid or physical damage(i.e cracks, dents, blemishes) voids warranty.
Any deep and long scratches on screens voids warranty. 
Must have original battery if a battery is being returned.
Tempered glass does not provide a warranty for cracks on replaced screens.
 
Special Packaging
All orders requiring double boxing, master packing, or special packaging* will incur a $3/per extra box fee.
The fee will be added into the price of the item. (i.e., a $25 system board double boxed will be invoiced at $28)
*Special order/custom boxes may incur a separate fee.
