- All Products carry a 60 day warranty
Defective Returns
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests must be made
within 60 days of delivery date.
- To request an RMA please Email or Fax the following Form; RMA Request Form.
- Once an RMA number has been provided the item must be
received within 15 days. Any return received after 15 days will be void.
- All warranty returns are subject to inspection and
evaluation.
- If we determine the product(s) to be in good working order a
restocking fee of 20% or $15 (whichever is greater) may apply.
- Return shipping must be prepaid, If a replacement is
required please notify us immediately.
Good Returns
- Good product returns must be requested within 10 days of
delivery date.

- Once an RMA number has been provided the item must be
received within 15 days. Any return received after 15 days will be void.
- All warranty returns are subject to inspection and
evaluation. Good product returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $15
(whichever is greater).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. *Note that there are
restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to
international destinations*. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping
and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the
shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose,
shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also
note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight
of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of
the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full
pound. Checkout
We offer a variety of different payment options to fit the needs of your company, if you do not see an option listed please contact us to discuss other options. We do have a minimum order of $15 before checkout.
